CISTRAK VEHICLE RECOVERY

Once you have found that your vehicle has been stolen and you are tracking it via a computer, you can report it to the Police, but in any case you should contact CISTRAK so that we can start to track your vehicle for you straight away saving time. We can also liaise with the Police on your behalf if you are not in a position to do so.

CISTRAK will then monitor the position and begin a recovery procedure. We will not engage in any pursuit but wait until the vehicle has come to a complete stop for safety and to minimise the potential of any damage caused to your vehicle.

CISTRAK will require the owner to provide documentary proof of vehicle ownership and a spare set of keys so that we can recover your vehicle for you. Once we have found your vehicle a CISTRAK RECOVERY OFFICER will clamp it in position so that it cannot be moved.
